Weekend coming to an end loh;

Is Sunday again.... Tmr gotta start work loh.... Sianz ah.... I am still trying very hard to understand my job scope lor.... My mentor threw everything to me to learn, although I start work for only 2 wks plus. & she expect me to know EVERYTHING & KNOW HOW TO DO LOR... LAst thursday and friday I was left alone to do my work and I made so many mistakes and keep kena said by her that I never jot down my notes well and wasnt paying attention to her while she was teaching me. But how can she expect me to know so many things in such a shortest time? What you see & how you do it is totally different lor... And I have to race with time and speed up my speed when I am not even familiar with the things I'm doing.... Sometimes can really do until feel like crying lor.... Everyday goes to work seems like a big challenge to me to remind myself what I have done or learnt b4 and apply it at the right time.
There's another new gal who joined just 1 wk earlier den me, and she can sit on her own to do the things. Know why? Cuz she was only asked to do a small amt of work, her mentor juz want her to get familiar with 1-2 things 1st and den increase the things she need to do. Whereas I'm been thrown to do all the things, which my mentor said is expected of me. Sigh... Wonder will I pass my probation period or not?

Anyway, slack my weekends away... Never go anywhere. Just stay at home to watch vcds, except going to his house on Sat morning to slack and watch colic... Just dun feel like going anywhere anyway.... Maybe I'm so used to working in weekends when I was still at palms. Thus, I dread weekends.... But also maybe because I have been working my weekdays away till I dun feel like going anywhere and just wanna slack on a weekend.. I have been finishing work so late everyday.. The earliest is 8.30pm. And the latest is 10pm. So I guess banking line is not a good job at all.... You work so hard just for the basic pay you gonna get every mth. No OT pay for u!
